Optional solar and battery care: £300 including VAT for an initial fixed 12-month term. Understand the benefits, limits and payment choices before joining.
One annual membership, flexible payments
Choose 1 × £300 annually, 4 × £75 quarterly or 12 × £25 monthly, all including VAT. These are instalment options for the same initial 12-month commitment, not shorter memberships. - One authorised diagnostic call-out per agreed 12-month term
- Remote monitoring of compatible, connected equipment
- Technical support
- Annual Solar & Battery Health Report
- Priority member support
- Help with system apps and connectivity
- Supported system-setting and tariff guidance
- Member-only SwitchSwitch tariff review · no extra charge
- Manufacturer warranty-claim assistance and member offers where available
Your included diagnostic call-out
One standard Evergreen engineer diagnostic visit is included per agreed 12-month term, authorised after reasonable remote diagnosis shows that an on-site visit is required. It includes travel and the first hour of diagnostic labour during 08:30–17:00, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. This is not a planned annual service, insurance or emergency cover.
Parts, extra labour, out-of-warranty repairs, extra visits, roofing work, cleaning, scaffolding and specialist access are excluded, subject to your separate rights. Any chargeable work is quoted and agreed before it is undertaken. An unused call-out has no cash value and does not roll over.
For less than 24 hours’ notice or no safe access, we may either treat the entitlement as used or charge a reasonable abortive-visit fee, not both. We explain this beforehand and consider reasonable exceptions. There is no charge where cancellation is our responsibility.
Your warranties stay separate
Evergreen’s two-year workmanship warranty concerns installation workmanship under your installation terms. Manufacturer warranties cover equipment under each manufacturer’s terms. EEC adds the ongoing care benefits listed here; joining, not joining or cancelling does not affect those warranties or your statutory rights.
Work Evergreen owes under your installation contract, workmanship warranty or statutory rights does not use your included call-out and is not charged as a membership extra. Repeat attendance to correct an inadequately performed included visit is not charged. Manufacturer warranty-claim assistance does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty; any charges not covered by your rights are explained first.
Monitoring, health reports and support
Monitoring needs compatible equipment, manufacturer/platform availability, a working internet connection and your permission. It is not continuous 24/7 human observation and cannot detect every fault. If access or connectivity is lost or withdrawn, monitoring stops until restored. The annual Solar & Battery Health Report uses the system data available; missing data may limit it.
We aim to acknowledge member enquiries within one working day and offer an appointment within five working days where an on-site visit is authorised. These are targets, not guarantees. Normal working hours are 08:30–17:00, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. App/connectivity help does not include broadband, router or home-network repairs.
SwitchSwitch: your member-only, commission-free tariff review
Included at no extra charge with active EEC membership, SwitchSwitch reviews multiple comparison sources and relevant supplier-direct offers. We consider import costs, export income and off-peak charging where appropriate. Staying with your supplier or changing tariff may be suitable; there is no pressure to switch. For new installations, an initial review is normally arranged approximately 30 days after installation and handover. Existing members arrange a review after joining.
Evergreen receives no switching commission. SwitchSwitch is an Evergreen service funded through EEC membership, not an entity independent of Evergreen. Third-party comparison websites may receive their own commission. Comparisons use the sources checked and assumptions explained; availability and eligibility vary. We do not guarantee the cheapest tariff, whole-market coverage or savings. You decide whether to stay, change tariff or switch and authorise any application.
Click the SwitchSwitch tab to open SwitchSwitch.com. Enter your home, current tariff and available energy-use details in the search boxes. When you press Search, access to comparisons will be restricted to active EEC members: you will be asked to sign in with your member email and password before viewing results. The member search and sign-in journey is being developed on SwitchSwitch. Until it is live, contact our team for help with your member tariff review. No switching application is made by clicking the EEC website link. You authorise any application separately.
Visit SwitchSwitchEligibility, payment and start date
The current agreement covers Evergreen-installed systems. If another company installed yours, contact us: do not enrol without written confirmation of acceptance and applicable terms. We confirm compatibility, the installation address, agreed start date, payment schedule and full terms before you join.
Direct Debit collections require an approved instruction and advance payment notice. Cancelling a Direct Debit alone does not cancel the agreement or settle properly due fees. If a payment remains unpaid 14 days after its due date, services may be suspended after contact until the account is brought up to date.
You choose whether to renew
We normally invite you to renew at least 30 days before expiry, setting out the proposed dates, total VAT-inclusive fee, payment choices, benefits and cancellation rights. A fresh 12-month term starts only with your express acceptance, recorded by signature, email or another recorded method, and written confirmation.
Silence, monitoring access and an existing Direct Debit instruction are not acceptance. Without acceptance, membership and unused call-out entitlement end at expiry, with no new-term fees. Properly due unpaid fees from the expired term remain separate. Price or benefit changes for a later term apply only if you agree; agreed-term changes require your agreement, subject to statutory rights.
Cooling-off and ending early
You can cancel a new or renewed term within 14 days after the day you agree to it. Tell us clearly by email to info@ep-i.co.uk, phone on 020 3793 7323 or post to the registered address below; no special form is required. No notice is needed to prevent renewal.
If you expressly request services to start during the cooling-off period and then cancel, a proportionate charge for services actually supplied may apply. Other sums paid are refunded within 14 days of cancellation notice. A fresh early-start request is needed for a renewed term where applicable; this enquiry preview does not make that request.
For other early-ending requests, any charge must be fair and reflect our net loss after costs saved and reasonable loss-reduction steps, never exceeding the unpaid term fee. There is no automatic demand for all remaining instalments or double recovery. Statutory rights, Evergreen’s material breach and the moving-home exception remain protected.
Moving home
Membership covers the System at the agreed address and does not transfer automatically. On sale, request a transfer to the new owner, which will not be unreasonably refused, or end membership from completion by written notice and reasonable evidence. Future fees are waived and prepaid fees for whole months after completion are refunded within 14 days.
Future Evergreen Intelligence services
Evergreen Intelligence (EI) is a future development roadmap, not a current EEC monitoring or automated-control feature. Future offers may have separate conditions or charges, explained when available; this membership does not guarantee unreleased services.
This is a summary, not the full agreement. Full membership terms are supplied before acceptance. The demonstration form sends and saves nothing, takes no payment and does not start membership. For a real enquiry, call or email our team.
