Your energy system. Looked after for the long term.
Your solar and battery system is built to work for years. Evergreen Energy Club helps keep it performing, connected and supported long after installation.
One membership gives you an authorised diagnostic call-out when reasonably required per membership year, remote monitoring where supported, technical help, an annual health report and tariff guidance. £25 per month including VAT as instalments of the initial £300 annual membership. Each further 12-month term needs your express agreement; there is no automatic renewal.
Installation accreditations relate to the relevant accredited installer; EEC membership is not an insurance-backed warranty.
INSTALLATION IS ONLY THE BEGINNING
We don’t believe our job ends after installation.
Installing your solar and battery system is only the beginning. Your system could be working for your home for 20 years or more.
During that time, technology changes. Software changes. Electricity tariffs change. Your family’s energy use changes. And occasionally, things need attention.
That’s why we created the Evergreen Energy Club. Instead of leaving you to manage everything yourself, we’re here to help look after your system year after year.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP, EXPLAINED
What’s included?
The practical care your home energy system needs, with one familiar team behind it. Six core benefits, one £25 monthly membership.
01 / AT YOUR HOME
Diagnostic Electrician Call-Out
One authorised diagnostic call-out when reasonably required per Membership Year, where reasonable remote diagnosis shows an on-site visit is needed.
Includes travel and the first hour of diagnostic labour, Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00, excluding public holidays. Parts, extra labour and specialist access are excluded; chargeable work is quoted and agreed first.
One per agreed 12-month term, authorised after remote diagnosis. Not a planned annual service or emergency cover. Unused visits do not roll over.
02 / KEEPING AN EYE ON THINGS
Remote System Monitoring
Solar and battery issues are not always obvious. Where compatible equipment and connectivity allow, Evergreen can remotely monitor key system information.
That gives us a better opportunity to identify when something does not look right before you discover it much later.
Requires compatible equipment, platform access and working internet. Not continuous 24/7 human monitoring; not every fault can be detected.
03 / PEOPLE YOU CAN TALK TO
Technical Support
Battery not behaving as expected? Changed broadband? App stopped communicating? Not sure what your inverter is telling you?
Energy Club members can speak to Evergreen technical support for help diagnosing system, app and connectivity issues.
Real support from people who understand your system.
04 / AS YOUR HOME CHANGES
Annual Health Report & Settings
An annual Solar & Battery Health Report helps you understand your system’s performance using the information available to us.
We also offer reasonable guidance on supported battery and inverter settings as your energy use or tariff changes. Reports depend on sufficient accessible system data.
Practical guidance, not a guarantee of generation, savings or future AI control.
05 / STILL AN EVERGREEN CUSTOMER
Priority Evergreen Support
When you need help, your membership should mean something. Energy Club members receive priority access to Evergreen support during our opening hours.
We aim to acknowledge member enquiries within one working day and offer an appointment within five working days when a visit is authorised. These are targets, not guarantees. We also assist with manufacturer warranty claims.
You’re still an Evergreen customer today.
06 / MEMBER TARIFF REVIEW
Commission-free tariff review
Solar panels, battery storage and EV charging can change which energy tariff is best suited to your home.
SwitchSwitch reviews multiple comparison sources and relevant supplier-direct offers, considering import costs, export income and off-peak charging. If staying is suitable, we’ll tell you.
Members only. Included at no extra charge. Evergreen receives no switching commission. You decide whether to stay, change tariff or switch; savings are estimates, not guarantees.Visit SwitchSwitch
THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SUPPORT
Your warranties. Your optional membership.
Membership adds ongoing care. It does not replace rights or cover you already have.
01 / INSTALLATION WORK
Evergreen workmanship warranty
Your separate two-year workmanship warranty covers installation workmanship under its terms. You do not need EEC membership to make a valid claim.
02 / EQUIPMENT
Manufacturer warranties
Your equipment warranties cover qualifying product faults under each manufacturer’s conditions and duration. Parts and labour coverage varies by product.
03 / ONGOING CARE
Evergreen Energy Club
Optional support, supported monitoring, an authorised diagnostic call-out, an annual health report, settings and tariff guidance, and help with warranty claims.
Choosing not to join, or cancelling membership, does not affect your statutory rights, workmanship warranty or applicable manufacturer warranties. Work owed under those rights will not consume your membership call-out or be charged as a membership extra.
MEMBERS ONLY · COMMISSION-FREE TARIFF REVIEW
Your energy tariff. Your interests first.
Solar panels, battery storage and EV charging change the way a home uses electricity. A tariff that suits a standard home may not be the best fit for yours.
SwitchSwitch is your member-only, commission-free tariff review, included at no extra charge with EEC membership. We review multiple comparison sources and relevant supplier-direct offers, considering import costs, export income and off-peak charging where appropriate. If your current deal remains suitable, we’ll tell you—there’s no pressure to switch.

For new installations, we aim to arrange an initial review approximately 30 days after installation and handover; existing members arrange a review after joining.
How member access will work
Click the SwitchSwitch tab to open SwitchSwitch.com. Enter your home, current tariff and available energy-use details in the search boxes. When you press Search, access to comparisons will be restricted to active EEC members: you will be asked to sign in with your member email and password before viewing results.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR SYSTEM
One company. One relationship.
One of Evergreen’s biggest strengths is that we don’t simply sell a system and pass everything else to somebody else.
Our business has been built around our own teams and taking responsibility for the customer experience. The Energy Club extends that philosophy beyond installation.
From the people who install your system to the people who help support it: one home, one energy partner, Evergreen.

02
We make sure it’s a fit
Our team checks compatibility and confirms your membership details, full terms and payment arrangements.
03
Your ongoing care begins
Once your membership is active, we set up monitoring where supported, provide technical help and arrange a diagnostic visit if one is authorised.
ONE SIMPLE MEMBERSHIP
Less than £1 a day. Year-round peace of mind.
£300 including VAT for the initial fixed 12-month membership. Pay 1 × £300 annually, 4 × £75 quarterly or 12 × £25 monthly. Monthly and quarterly payments are instalments of the annual fee, not a monthly or quarterly membership.
Your membership combines an authorised diagnostic call-out, supported monitoring, technical help, an annual health report, settings guidance, priority support, warranty-claim assistance and a tariff review.
Renew only when you choose. Each renewal requires your express agreement to a fresh 12-month term. We normally send an invitation at least 30 days before expiry, explaining the proposed fee, dates, payment choices and terms. Without your agreement, membership ends at expiry.
/ monthIncluding VAT · £300 initial 12-month total
DIAGNOSTIC CALL-OUT INCLUDED ONE PER AGREED 12-MONTH TERM
Authorised after remote diagnosis · travel + first diagnostic hour
Payment options: 1 × £300 annually, 4 × £75 quarterly or 12 × £25 monthly. All include VAT and the same initial 12-month commitment. Further 12-month terms require your express agreement; no automatic renewal.
Your membership includes:
One authorised diagnostic call-out when reasonably required
Remote monitoring of compatible, connected equipment
Technical, app and connectivity support
Annual health report and supported settings guidance
Priority member support and warranty-claim assistance
Optional membership; warranties and statutory rights remain unaffected. Not insurance or emergency cover. No payment taken when you enquire. Care is provided while your membership is active, subject to terms and equipment compatibility. Membership ends after 12 months unless you expressly agree to another annual term. SwitchSwitch reviews are for active EEC members, included at no extra charge. Evergreen receives no switching commission; tariff availability and eligibility vary.
The Energy Club is our commitment to building a different type of home energy company. One that stays with its customers.
Today that means diagnostic support, monitoring where supported, an annual health report, priority care and tariff guidance. Evergreen Intelligence is our future platform roadmap, not a current membership feature.
GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.
A few things you might be wondering.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? We’re happy to talk it through.
We normally invite you to renew at least 30 days before your current term ends. The invitation explains the proposed start and end dates, total fee including VAT, payment choices, benefits and cancellation rights. A new 12-month term begins only after your express acceptance, recorded by signature, email or another recorded method, with written confirmation. Silence, monitoring access and an existing Direct Debit instruction are not acceptance. If you do not renew, membership services and unused call-out entitlement end at expiry; no fee is collected for a new term. Any properly due unpaid fees from the expired term remain separate. The price and benefits cannot change during an agreed term without your agreement, subject to your statutory rights. Changes proposed for a later term apply only if you accept them. If there is a gap before you rejoin, membership services are not provided during it; warranties and statutory rights remain unaffected.
What if I move home or miss a booked visit?
On sale of the property, you may ask to transfer the remaining membership to the new owner, or end it from completion by providing written notice and reasonable evidence. Fees accruing after completion are waived; prepaid fees for whole months after completion are refunded within 14 days. For a visit cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or without safe access, we may either treat the call-out as used or charge a reasonable abortive-visit fee—not both. We explain the consequence when booking, consider exceptional circumstances and do not apply it where the failed visit is our responsibility.
What does the included call-out cover?
One standard diagnostic visit per agreed fixed 12-month term, authorised after reasonable remote diagnosis shows a visit is needed. Travel and the first diagnostic hour are included during normal working hours (08:30–17:00, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). It is not a planned annual service. Parts, extra labour, out-of-warranty repairs and specialist access are excluded and quoted before work. A fresh call-out starts only when an agreed renewed term begins; unused visits do not carry forward. Work Evergreen owes under your installation contract, workmanship warranty or statutory rights does not use this entitlement. Repeat attendance to correct our failure to perform the included visit with reasonable care and skill is not charged.
Can you monitor my solar and battery system?
Monitoring requires compatible equipment, manufacturer platform availability, your permission and a working internet connection. It is not continuous 24/7 human observation and cannot detect every fault. We check compatibility before enrolment.
What if Evergreen didn’t install my system?
The current membership agreement covers systems installed by Evergreen. If another company installed yours, contact us to discuss eligibility; do not enrol unless we have confirmed acceptance and the applicable terms in writing.
Are repairs and replacement parts included?
No. Parts, labour beyond the first diagnostic hour, out-of-warranty repairs, additional visits, scaffolding and specialist access are excluded, subject to your separate warranty and statutory rights. Work Evergreen already owes under your installation contract, workmanship warranty or statutory rights is not charged as a membership extra. Repeat attendance to correct an inadequately performed included visit is not charged. Any other chargeable work is quoted and agreed first.
How do I pay, and when does membership start?
The initial fixed 12-month membership costs £300 including VAT. Choose 1 × £300 annually, 4 × £75 quarterly or 12 × £25 monthly by Direct Debit. These are payment options for the annual fee, not shorter membership terms. We confirm your agreed start date and collection schedule and provide advance payment notice. An enquiry alone takes no payment. Renewal dates, fees and payment options are confirmed before you expressly accept any new term.
Is this a warranty or an emergency service?
No. EEC is an optional care membership, not insurance, a replacement warranty, a planned annual servicing contract or emergency cover. Workmanship and manufacturer warranties remain separate. Member support is provided during normal working hours.
What is the minimum term and cancellation policy?
The initial commitment is a fixed 12 months, £300 including VAT. Membership does not renew automatically or continue monthly; each further 12-month term needs your express agreement. No advance notice is required to prevent renewal. You may cancel a new or renewed term within 14 days after the day you agree to it. If you expressly request services to start during that period and then cancel, a proportionate charge for services actually supplied may apply. For other early-ending requests, any charge must be fair, reflect our net loss after costs saved and loss-reduction steps, and not exceed the unpaid fee for that term. Statutory rights, Evergreen’s material breach and the moving-home exception remain protected. Contact info@ep-i.co.uk or 020 3793 7323; no special form is required. Full terms are supplied before you agree.
How does SwitchSwitch help Energy Club members?
SwitchSwitch is a member-only tariff review included at no extra charge with EEC membership. Evergreen receives no switching commission. We review multiple comparison sources and relevant supplier-direct offers, considering import costs, export income and off-peak charging. Staying or changing tariff with your existing supplier may be suitable. New-installation reviews are aimed for approximately 30 days after installation and handover; existing members arrange a review after joining. Click the SwitchSwitch tab to open SwitchSwitch.com. Enter your home, current tariff and available energy-use details in the search boxes. When you press Search, access to comparisons will be restricted to active EEC members: you will be asked to sign in with your member email and password before viewing results. The member search and sign-in journey is being developed on SwitchSwitch. Until it is live, contact our team for help with your member tariff review. This EEC website does not search live tariffs or submit switches. Comparisons cover the sources checked, not every offer in the market; availability and savings vary. SwitchSwitch is funded through EEC membership and belongs to Evergreen; third-party comparison sites may earn their own commission. You make the final decision and authorise any application.
